This project included construction of a mixed-use, 4-story, 58-unit multifamily community located in downtown Roseville with approximately 2,900 sf of commercial space on the ground floor. Common area construction included an outdoor play facilities area, community room, community kitchen, computer area, lounge space, and laundry facilities. 60 subterranean and 4 surface parking spaces were constructed for the residents’ use. The building was designed and built to meet the GreenPoint Rating standard.
